Simple Rules for Project Management

1. Build the team. Develop relationships within the team

2. Develop a shared vision. The team must understand and share what the project is about and what the goal and target of the project is.

3. Define the Plan

4. Drive Action - coordinated actions
- What are the specific outcomes?
- By who?
- By When?

5. Lead and Learn -- Communication. Effective communication.
